Priorities

Curriculum Focus on spoken English. Use of audio visual aids. Develop TLMs. Bilingual books. We continue to teach in mother tongue when required. Basic math through oral revisions. In house PP Phonics based pre-primary.
Attendance Reduce gaps in learning through improved attendance through parent engagement and No bag day- one of our high focus area for increasing child’s joy. House Visits are done for absent students.
Value Based Education Dedicated 4 hours per week for each child. Formal Heartfulness module through story telling and activities, significant improvement in language, manners. Library has value based books. Reward and recognition 
Hygiene & Health Personal hygiene, proper uniform and sanitary condition in the schools. Parents Training. Workshops on sex education and free health camps twice a year. 
Parent’s Engagement We continuously engage parents through our PTMs, Reward plans, Parent Day and regular phone calls on child’s development. 
Teacher’s Engagement 6-7 training opportunities for each teach is areas of content, VBE, class management through class observation and feedback. Build close relationship with teachers to improve engagement, creating a family environment and regular outing and talk for motivation.
